PROCESS OF BAG PRODUCING AND PRINTING
BY OFFSET AND COPPER PIPE METHOD

Bag, label printing and production consist of 4 consecutive processes:

    Designing samples – Designing printing samples – Printing images – Manufacturing printed sheet into finished products

1-    Working with the client to know the customer's idea to manufacture packaging.
2-    Structure is designed to draw the shape of the packaging of planar and three-dimensional space. Design considers the shape, and the ability to contain bearing when stacked
3-    Graphic design is based on structural packaging and product advertising required to generate the image outside packaging.
4-    Arranging raw molding is the process of arranging the boxes on the printed forms so that optimum production can be obtained to reduce costs.
5-    Making samples to test the structure as a real sample according to the design to check again the storing capacity, load bearing capacity of box under load.
6-    Scanning photos, video and image processing is the process of digitizing images printed on paper or data transfer images to a computer for image processing using Photoshop software. Later print in the film or print the color separations (CTP technology)
7-    Print and make samples for test: printing images and making samples as designed for customer’s approval
8-    Indoor mold (the average) is arranged separate color plates of each box on each printing mold.
9-    Printing sheet is in the process of creating the images to be printed on aluminum panels on the gravure offset printing or gravure plate making.
10-    Print images are the offset printers using or gravure printer to print the image onto the paper box or plastic or metal thin films
11-    Surrounding mold is the attachment of cutting edges and grooving knives (creating grooves) on some wood sheet to create mold.
12-    Closing the box cutter and grooving process sheets in the shape tailoring (for the box).
13-    Product cutting is the process to cut printed sheet into specific labels to use (for labels)
